OB LIGHT is an aviation warning signal indicating the height and boundaries of buildings.
Currently, there are no mandatory laws in Thailand (although it is advisable to proceed with installation, as it will become mandatory for objects exceeding 45 meters and 150 meters in height for safety reasons). However, if you wish to install obstruction lights, you can do so for the safety of the building. Ensure that the installation of warning lights and/or the painting of markers follows the prescribed formats according to the CAAT (Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand) regulations.
